WALKING YOUR WAY TO MEMORY

DELIGHTS OF WALKING

WALKING could be a delightful vocation if it is taken seriously and done with a ceremonial determination. Even a brief walk of a few kilometres would show productive results - your mind will sway to old and concealed memories as you walk, which will stimulate the neurological nerves and improve brain power. Despite walking will slowly pedal up oxygen to your brain, which promotes good health.

WALKING WITH FREEDOM

The most important thing is that you've the freedom to think as you gossip inside your brain, propping up new ideas and planning new strategies to improve your livelihood. Walking along merrily with these terms in consideration sounds very progressive and interesting too. Besides, you can keep a tag on things - both animate and inanimate including animals and humans. Register their behaviour in your memory bringing them up every now and then for short-term rememberance as you walk along. Let all these objects intermingle inside your brain, some obective reference could be jovial, full of humour; there could be a street fight, a skirmish to unsettle you; there could be more baffling moments such as a mob lynching incident that may terrorize you and so on. These are the various possibilities that could make a peculiar association with your walking spree and rattle your brain at times; and challenge your imagination. However, you need more and more courage to deal with the turmoil happening inside your mind to keep your interests alive for continuing with your walking adventure.

MODIFICATION OF YOUR THOUGHTS & MEMORIES

Walking is a thing for personal elation and a simple exercise for modification of thoughts that spring up at every step. Every step is fruitful as a new thought emerges - that boosts up an existing memory or a significant event from the immediate past or remote past. These small improvisations happen mindfully and give us a few moments of delight and excitement. Sometimes, we feel very determined after returning from a brief walk - we return with a new thought, which change our lives in a big way; we could bring some fabulous idea with us that will drastically change our professional life. Walking is a form of meditation in public, interestingly, we have concern for the things we see outside and sometimes interact with but still it may not have a serious influence over our lives, yet the short-lived moments leave a hanging memory in our minds that keep moving like a pendulum and retain our happiness.

Walking connects us to many delightful and perilous moments of life. We've to accept everything and learn from the experiences of others. Walking a step forward is similar to turning a page of a book for an interesting read. Walking could bring you close to an interesting human being who could be a gambling choice for a disastrous association or a delightful company. Again, these are mere opportunities, which could be chosen with some prudence and shouldn't be taken superficially to bang your head into a boulder.

As a writer, I would've my own inhibitions and mind blocks. My wandering thoughts provoke me to take a walk. My walks that begin with a brief avowal would often end on lengthy march; sometimes I find myself at the edge of 25 kilometres! This is the magic of walking with your thoughts to yourself. I've manufactured many marvelous stories inside my brain as I walked delightfully merging my characters, confronting them head on, holding secret debates and pacifying revolts silently with each step that I took carefully. The story is ready for the outpour into physical pages.

Walking shoots up the memory in a big way, your association with the objects and humans, even without any interaction creates a visual library inside your mind and you enrich your brain with new memories to return to and rejoice yourself when you're in a morose mood.

Wear your steps on your feet with new thoughts and walk to create new memories, which serve as great ornaments for you that you can treasure for the bad or good times.
